A moment of delicious well-being that becomes discovery, a journey through the finest wines of Lake Garda accompanied by typical flavors and passionate explanations to understand the journey of wine from the vineyard to the glass.
We will guide you on a tour of our Winery to tell you about our Family's passion for Nature and Wine, which for over a hundred years has devotedly cultivated a terroir unique in combining tradition and innovation.
Full-bodied reds, fragrant whites, our famous and award-winning "Chiaretto 'Notterosa'", grappas and extra virgin olive oil: an excellent selection to discover while tasting a rich array of local gastronomic specialties for an authentic moment of Good Living.

We invite you to discover our wine selection with a tasting of three wines of your choice, to be enjoyed alongside selected local gastronomic specialties such as homemade bread, regional cheeses, and typical cured meats that tell the story of the aromas and flavors of a unique territory.

L'inverno accende la voglia di sapori intensi, di vini rossi corposi e strutturati che accompagnano meditazioni e chiacchiere come quelle che già in Cantina vi verrà voglia di scambiare mentre vi lasciate conquistare dalla degustazione "Winter Edition". Quattro calici da assaporare accompagnati da selezionate specialità della gastronomia locale come pane casereccio, formaggi del territorio, salumi tipici che raccontano i profumi e i sapori di un territorio unico.

- "Rosso Superiore" vinificato con Groppello Gentile, Sangiovese, Marzemino e Barbera
- "Merlot", rosso vellutato e aromatico

Beautiful dreams can also be had with your eyes open, right in our Winery, for example by choosing the "Sweet Dreams" experience to savor the aromas of red fruit and jam of the three wines included, enhanced by a carefully curated and exclusive selection of cheeses from the Lake Garda area.

Il fiore all'occhiello delle nostre degustazioni, l'unica che comprende un'etichetta prestigiosa in un'edizione speciale e limitata. "Deluxe Edition" è infatti la sola proposta che include il nostro esclusivo "88", rosso d'annata invecchiato ben 13 anni in barrique e dedicato al nostro fondatore Natalino Delai, colui che ha impresso una svolta decisiva alla storia della nostra famiglia. Un rosso d’autore, di grande carattere, sontuoso e corposo, che verrà stappato subito al vostro arrivo e lasciato ossigenare durante la visita guidata alla Cantina per scoprire insieme l'evoluzione di questo strepitoso invecchiato.
La proposta comprende:
- "88" Special Limited Edition Riviera del Garda Classico Groppello annata 2011
- "Simposio", passito da uve a bacca rossa affinato in barrique di rovere
