The Firm

In the middle of the morainic hills of the Garda’s lake, in piece of ground kissed by the sun, our firm takes its origins in the old generations. For a long time, in fact, from the grounds of ownership is been gotten the grapes and the olives that, with wise tradition, have brought to the products then commercialized according to that philosophy of once that today it calls integrated management. 
Fundamental philosophy has been being the same one for many years, without running after fashions or to stay dangerously castled on traditions. 
Our firm, after careful and prolonged control of the maturation, selects the grapes that it then picks up and it turns into wine with adroitness and wisdom. 
The new wine cellar has given new breath to the maturation in bottle and best possibilities to the wine-making. The vineyards are full of grass and in the areas of border there are hedges with purpose of shelter for the insects and the useful animals. 
The firm agrees to the agro-environmental measures of the Lombardy Region. 
The bow, a system of breeding for a long time used in this zone, has been modified according to the demands of the limited productions and it alternates at international Guyot to get from every vine the maximum potential. The management of the vegetation is made with great attention and care with the awareness that only a balanced plant gives good fruits and that the man's hand couldn’t improve what the nature has created. 
The used vines are mostly those of the local tradition: from Groppello, the prince of  Valtenesi, to Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, cultivated from time immemorial in this area.
